Vans Skate Authentic High LTD Shoes Andrew Allen in Red and Hockey. Designed in partnership with shared team rider and Hockey Skateboards associate Andrew Allen, the Vans Skate Authentic High receives a signature revision as part of the brand’s evolving Skate Classics collection. Inspired by the skater’s creative character and illustrious legacy, this high collared skate shoe features resilient 10oz cotton canvas uppers, whilst the comfortable PopCush footbed complements the DURACAP vamp underlays and classic Waffle rubber outsole to deliver the best in performance from first wear. Black tape foxing creates a classic contrast across the auxetic outsole and knurled exterior facing ollie patch, whilst the shatter heel tab across the rear provides further structural support as and when required. The 8 eyelet lacing system secures the tongue across the arch of the foot through the choice use of interchangeable ‘Hockey’ and ‘Eyes Without A Face’ custom laces, with the striking bright red colourway a tribute to Hockey’s non-conformist vibe. Embroidered ‘Andrew Allen’ hand-drawn detailing appears across the inner medial of the collar to mirror the embroidered reference to his beloved dog Ronnie, whilst Vans’ all-new checkerboard flag label pairs well with the colourway to seal the profile off in line with the tonal ‘Off The Wall Skateboarding’ heel scab across the rear.

Inspired by his previous 2020 release and by both parties’ passion for progressive design and custom creativity, shared team rider Andrew Allen introduces a Skate Classic revamp of his collaborative Authentic High LTD. Capturing the charm and vivacity of both Hockey Skateboards and Vans’ ode to skate culture, this latest signature release is one that is sure to push boundaries regardless of setting or season.
